June in Jacksonville

Our last month in Florida. This is how I handle big moves: I do the physical stuff (packing) but I think and act as if nothing is changing. It's not until now, after I have left, as I look at our last pictures in Jacksonville that I get emotional. I do regret not taking more pictures with friends before we left buuut I don't give myself too hard of a time because I have 3 little kids and moving among that is hectic.

I can always tell when Jayda has been "eating" the cherries.

Cousins!

Brad was stretching pretty thin during our last 6-9 months in Florida. In addition to his regular full time job and being scout master he was starting a business. Right before we moved he went to his last summer scout camp. This time he only stayed half the week though. Good way to end his time with the program.

Hot tubbing with baby

She actually picked up a dead baby cockroach. She's outgrown a number of fears this year. So proud! (I wouldn't even do that with my bare hand).

Re-shingling the roof. Try smuggling the kids to the car without being killed by raining debris.

6 months old!

His parents will want to kill me for posting this but I obvs couldn't resist.

more workings of Jayda.

Our babysitter and great friend Caroline. I assume it's rare to find a teenager (not related) that loves our kids so much. Our family will never be the same without her.

showdown.

Second and last time eating at French Pantry. And we got to stay there and sit down this time!

Another great friend Anne watched our kids while we went to lunch. We love the Krupczynskis!

...and Anne's son Max fed Taylor.

Girls night! Words can't express how I feel about these Jacksonville girls. Thank you so much for everything you've done for me and for being a part of my life.

Echo, Taylor, Lilly, Sophie, Daxton

Goodbye Jacksonville!

This will be boring for most of you. Just capturing the kids' crazies.

I can't believe we'll now be watching the lives of our Florida peeps from afar. Thank goodness for Facebook! Without a doubt we have lifelong friends there. Jacksonville holds an incredibly special place in our hearts. We love you.
