Just January

Brad took the girls to Targhee for their second time skiing

Classic Jayda fall

We did a gift exchange between our little family for the Christmas
and we all had to find something from the dollar store.
Brad got this vinyl for me and then made this with it.
Not bad for a dollar store find!

Taylor, age 3

Taylor's dance moves

Our washer/dryer doors used to both open to the middle (we had to arrange them this way because of the plumbing in the back), which made it harder to switch the laundry from one to the other. One day my friend told me the doors are made so they can open either direction. Mind blown! So Brad switched the doors to open to the outside for me.

My first time using Walmart free grocery pickup and I love it!

I shop at home on my couch and then sit in the car while they load my van. I highly recommend this to every parent.

I waited a long time to try it because I thought I could only use it for food and I ALWAYS need something other than food. Not true at all! I don't think there's anything yet I've needed but haven't found on the grocery app. Medicine, hair products, makeup, hardware, storage bins, stationary, diapers. Right now I have hand soap, sharpies and prenatal vitamins in my "cart".

Got these items below as a welcome gift

This same day I went to Sally's to buy a new hair straightener
which came with a free hair dryer and tote bag.
So this is all the completely free stuff I got that day
(minus the chips Brad ate as soon as I got home)

The little joys of potty training
All the tushy sights!

Morgan came over to exercise and soon into our floor work four of our combined six girls joined us for Pilates

Brad went night skiing with his brother and sister's families
and taught his nephew how to snowboard

Introducing the new and improved, potty-trained Taylor!
(In her new Trolls underwear)

Can't leave out Jayda

Trying out prenatal yoga for a Sunday evening activity

Daddy and Jayda went on a ski date
Weeknights apparently aren't the best for her...she got tired pretty fast and started falling down a lot,
so they left early and she fell asleep in the car

A Very Merry December

Christmas at Hemming Village

Kallie, age 7

He was the voice of Hans in the movie Frozen and she is simply an extremely talented young singer. She's only 15 but sounds amazing.

The pretty centerpieces at the pre-show dinner

We got free plants after the show!

They turned off the Christmas tree lights right before we we took the picture...

Denae had her third baby boy and named him Beckett!
So of course Morgan and I had to check out the goods.

Right before I took this picture she was staring into the sun with her eyes closed soaking in the warmth but here it just looks like she's sleeping.

New Christmas wreath

Went caroling with neighbors to a senior home
Jayda was very talkative with a couple of the residents

Looking at the lights

Happy 3rd Birthday Taylor!

A gorgeous Winter Wonderland morning in Rexburg!

Playing with the baby of the owner of Madison Gymnastics Center

The Christmas cards have started arriving so I can start using my card holder!
We bit the dust again this year and didn't get any of our own out. We've still NEVER made Christmas cards. Maybe next year...

Went to Utah for a weekend. We were ready for dinner as soon as we got to SLC so we ate at the Spaghetti Factory and then went to Temple Square to see the Christmas lights.

We stayed with Brad's brother Tyler

We went to the Salt Lake office Christmas party for Brad's employer. They served a catered dinner and then rented out a movie theater to watch Star Wars!

Our table was upstairs and against a balcony with not much of a fence for protection. The girls gave us a handful of scares as they attempted to peer over the edge to the tables on the bottom floor.

Sister missionary choir at Temple Square

Tyler and Sam took us to Scheels. We had never heard of it before. It has a huge ferris wheel in the middle of the store!

Kallie's classmate Isaiah gave this to her

Jayda's preschool Christmas party/last day in this class.
Since Taylor turned 3 in December she can attend the campus preschool in January so we took Jayda out of the elementary school so she and Taylor can go to campus preschool at the same time.

Found some old memorabilia from nursery-aged Kallie!

My pretty new mugs

We watched the Polar Express while babysitting the Maughans

Had to drink hot chocolate during that scene on the train!

Kallie's favorite place: the dentist!
(haha yeah right)

Christmas party with friends!

Brad and I shaking the bells out of tissue boxes tied around our waists. Very rough copy

Brad made this frame for our friends' print of the Family Proclamation

So...I was dancing with Taylor in the living room until she puked all over me while I was holding her and twirling.

Watching a live nativity for FHE

Christmas Eve at Grandpa and Grandma McGary's

Grandma McGary made the entire spread from her mom's or grandma's recipe book, I can't remember which one.

Christmas Eve opening their new pajamas

Christmas morning, the kids watching Daddy shovel the driveway before they can go downstairs

About to open their Santa gifts

Can you tell she got makeup?

Going sledding with the snow tubes Grandpa & Grandma gave us for Christmas

Juliann and Weston

Brad took Kallie and Jayda skiing for first time at Kelly Canyon

Jayda thought it was fun to fall down

We drove to Basin City, Washington for a McGary New Year's party. Brad's Grandpa Don and most of his uncles and aunts live there. They know how to throw a party and have a good time. They had lots of fun games planned and welcomed us with open arms.

Brad's brother Kyle, his wife Juliann, Brad's grandpa Don McGary telling us stories from his life, and Brad's dad Steve sitting next to his dad

We stayed with Brad's Uncle Lane and Aunt Jan and the girls loved her!
